Maddi Rihn is a sophomore English and American Studies double major. She dislikes doing any kind of creative writing that isn’t poetry. She likes music, comics, and college radio, and enjoys baking, sitting on her roof, and playing guitar. Her favorite band is Big Thief.

Synopsis:

Beechwood makes excellent firewood. That’s my takeaway from all of this. It was the catalyst for a great guilt-filled fire, burning with blue intensity. I knew it would hurt, but still I threw myself into it. The fire was mesmerizing.
